At NXTRND, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and attach the return label securely.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the gear arrives at our warehouse.
